On the outside the entire place looked "junky". There was so much stuff sitting around that it was difficult to find the actual attendant. The lines were long & there's not much space to wait. The pump did not print a receipt, which was needed for tax purposes. The last 3 visits to this location something went wrong. I keep asking myself why I keep going back to this particular location. For the life of me I can't find an answer! This could just be the straw that broke the camel's back.

I purchased three bottles of water in order to qualify for the .10 cent per gallon discount. I asked the attendant to charge an additional $28.00 for gasoline to debit card. The attendant first rang up totals wasn't correct. Then I asked her to correct to $28.00 worth of gasoline. She ends up with a total invoice of $28.45. So I just left it as at that. I wasn't going to argue with her anymore. Proceeded to pump my gasoline on pump # 8. The attendant rang up $23.95 for gasoline. The pump cut off at $23.87. Shorting me .08 cents.

Normally this station is closed when I get off work. But, I got off early and since the lights were on, I decided to stop and get gas. The pumps are slow asking questions but that wasn't the problem. After starting the pump and setting the auto-fill latch, the pump stopped. I tried starting again, but it only gave me a receipt for 16 cents. That's when I realized the attendant cut the pump off. When I called toward the window and raised my hands to indicate "why?". The lights were cut off on me. I drive a hybrid and it holds just a little over 10 gallons on a fill up. All he had to do was say "Sorry we are closing" and I wouldn't have bothered. I feel that the attendant was rude and insulting by not letting me know anything. With the lights out, I certainly wasn't going to approach the window at that time of night.

The attendant was smoking when I came to the window to pay she was standing right at the door where they enter I waited and waited and waited . finally I said "uhhello" she said to me in a very hateful way " OK. I hear you Very rude very unprofessional and she looked like she had just rolled out of the bed

I was purchasing lottery tickets in be known to myself I grabbed wrong slips and the amount exceeded what I thought it would be. She told me the amount due and I questioned it.then she proceeded to show me my tickets in a very rude gesture way .she said "see here!!!!!!"very hateful then counted out my stubs.i was very embarrassed because other customers were behind me and they of course could hear. I had no problem paying for the tickets I was just confused as to why it was higher than I had thought.she could have addressed it in a more professional way instead of how she did!!!!!
