Waste of time

By Waste of time | 12/2/2016

Getting tired of entering rollback codes even though other stations gas prices are the same or lower even after 5 cents is taken off the price. It's also getting colder and having to enter rollback codes just makes it worse. When I have a choice, I get gas at a station farther away just because their prices are lower and they don't bother with surveys and rollback codes.

Multiple rollback codes said they were already used. Ended up buying gas without the rollback codes even though I wasted my time entering them. The price of gas was 15 cents highter than another station that's a little farther away but in another direction. I was at Walmart anyways so that's why I stopped for gas and tried the rollback codes. As far as I'm concerned, the gas prices are higher just to offset the cost of the rollback prices. Next time I'll check the gas prices before I go to Murphy.

The diesel gas pump did not work. After multiple attempts to fuel my car, I left and bought gas elsewhere

Was satisfied, the people are always friendly that help you. I get most of my gas there.

The pump read $2.129 when I put the card in the reader at the pump. When I received my reciet after pumping my gas to fill up the gas tank, I found that I was charged $2.159 per gallon. I did not receive my discount. Location was at 7371 in Oberlin, Ohio

the price for gas was $1.869/Gallon. I used my Walmart credit card as always but the discount was not applied. I noticed this on my receipt when I got home.

Freezing in Ohio

I pulled into the place at 11:06 pm. There are no hours listed so I did not know what time they closed. The attendant watched me pull in, run my card in the pump, select my fuel type and start pumping. They THEN turned all of the lights out, turned the pump off (resulting in me getting 0.116 gallons of gas and charging my card 19 cents). They LEFT the premises before I was done and looked at me as they pulled away. They could've easily got on the speaker as soon as I pulled up and said, I'm sorry we are closed. This would've saved me a lot of time standing in the freezing temperature and wind as I was trying to figure out why the pump wasn't working. This was one of the most unprofessional, rude experiences I've ever had with a business in my life. I will send everyone down to the next station instead of giving this place my business.
