When I pulled up to the pump, I realized my tire was flat. So excited to see an air machine, it was out of order! We only have one car, so had to call my husband, he had to get a ride, and bring an air pump to the station to get air in my tire...not festive

People were sitting at 2 different pumps on their cell phones and not getting gas. They did not allow anyone access to those pumps.

I decide to fuel up with diesel in my truck due to the advertised price of 2.42 a gallon. Arrived at the pump and the price reflected for using a gift card was $2.459 and using debit/credit was $2.489. Brought it to attendants attention and he said "he would let his supervisor deal with it. Its only a few cents but integrity means more to me than money. Advertise the price, stand by the price.

Cause gas was 2cents cheaper than the place across the street that is why I was y I was satisfied

Was suppose to get Mars products buy one get one free and didn't realize it until after we left town but I was charged full price ??

Attendant did not say one word to me. Store manager was very rude as well.

The price of fuel. Reg. gas was @ $2.09. my unleaded was $2.39. it's usually 15 to 20 cent higher. " not" .30 cents ever.

The car wash SUCKED. It left soap on my car and by the time the final rinse got some of the soap off the blowers stopped so my car has spots all over it! I paid $12 for the ultimate wash and it was a flop.

I filled my fuel tank that has a capacity of 16.9 gallons and has never held more than 17.1 gallons total ever and the amount needed to fill it was registered as 19.278 gallons. The attendant told me the pumps had been certified correct two weeks prior to my visit and that I could complain by calling the 1-800 number on the receipt. There is no phone number on the receipt so I'm filling out this survey and looking for another place to lodge my complaint before calling a regulatory agency.

The cashier was so rude and condescending that it actually embarrassed me!! And it was over something very trivial....I wanted to pay ten in cash (out of a $20) and pay the balance of 9.73 with my debit card. He said I couldn't do that- but it ended up that's how he did it although in two different transactions. I joked about him messing with me or my math, but he said in a rude tone that well in whatever way it is that he has to explain it in order for me to cpmprehend.
