No specific reason. Highly satisfied would mean something above and beyond what was expected. The experience was satisfactory. Nothing wrong, nothing extraordinary.

The part of the nozzle that allows you to "set" the flow and release the handle was broken. It's only a minor inconvenience, but should be fixed. Also, there was no swivel at the nozzle end. THAT'S a pain. At Murphy locations in general--- MOST of the pump nozzles deliver fuel at too high a rate. SOME of the nozzles do not have swivels. A FEW of the nozzles do not have splash guards. AND... why, in the world, Murphy locations are not open 24/7 for credit card buyers is beyond me. With a credit card, there can be no drive-offs. Brookshire's locations are open 24/7 for CC users. ...I'm just sayin'... JKM
