Cherokee D was the attendant. She rolled her eyes at the customer in front of me to begin with. I wanted to buy a carton of Newport. I was informed the store was out, so I asked her to sell me 10 packs of Newport for the price of a carton as they always do...She told me no. I guess I will have to buy them from Buckys from now on.

Employees work slowly. The washer bucket never have clean water. Employees overall are only interested in visiting with visitors outside the office area. The turn over of people is crazy and inexperience surely shows in alot of different customer service needs. BUT on a positive experience the quality of gas is usually the best in our country town.

There are problems with the card reader often. A sign or tape should be put up to warn customers. There is nothing that incenses me more than a card reader not working. Especially if it is night time and I don't want to get my toddler in and out of the car just to pay for gas. Wasn't greeted right away which was frustrating.

Attendant was impatient. Usually purchase a carton of cigarettes but location was out of what I wanted. He was short with me when I asked for another brand since mine was unavailable. I know that a truck usually delivers stock on Thursdays, and if my brand is not inside the booth, the other attendants will go out to the storeroom and see if my brand is there, just not stocked in the booth yet. This attendant did not bother to even check. He seemed rude in my opinion.
