Purchase was rung up wrong, had to have debit card payment partially refunded, then had to pay for items again with split payment of cash and debit card. Also charged additional bottle deposit for drink I didn't purchase. Transaction was kinda screwy.

I have a Walmart credit card and drive 200 miles per day. On a visit prior to this I discovered Murphy was no longer honoring cents off with use of Walmart credit card. On this visit I attempted to use a Walmart gift card. After my second attempt I noticed the note taped to the pump that apologized noticing the customer that Murphy was not taking Walmart gift cards "at this time". I then got my VISA card out to pay and saw on the reader after my card had been scanned that there is a 2% rebate on the Walmart credit card now. I believe the changes could have been better handled. Possibly better signage at the pump.

The price wasn't right according to the sign. Had I known it was higher I would have gone eals were.

I went into the store and saw a 20 cent off deal if I bought 3 products. I thought why not. I even commented on the deal with the cashier. However, after I checked out and asked how I use the 20 cents off she informed me that I didn't get the 3 products that qualify. I got one that was not. I didn't know that because they were all together. So I came back in to switch out the product with one that would and they told me I would have to bring everything back in and they would have to scan everything and do a refund and then sell it back to me. Here's my problem with this. In today's world it is very easy to have the computer programs that allow you to scan the receipt and do a return without scanning the product. I know because I work retail too. Second, your staff was not helpful at all and were very rude. Mind you I was not in the best of moods either, but it would of been nice for them to point out that I had 1 product that does not qualify before the sale was complete. Is that so hard to do? I do it all the time at my job because I care about my customers and them coming back to shop at my store.

Every time I come to the station I have to run my card three or four times before the tellers get around to o king my card,I'm fed up. I will no longer be doing business with you. !

Not greeted. In such a small store you would think we as customers do get a greeting or even a have a nice day! Candy located with cashier is usually offered. Buy one get one or some deal. I noticed the buy one get one free on the mentos. When I was picking them out I asked the cashier if the sale was correct she said she didn't know she would have to ring up with an attitude? There were already 3 ppl behind me so told her to forget it. Rang up the 2 pops and my cigarettes then she said she didn't know what the sign said and that no one was buying them so she didn't know. I've been in customer service over 10 years that is our JOB what we get PAID FOR. To answer any questions that come our way! Not attitude and not knowing sale items, looks bad on the company for hiring ppl that do not understand their job description.
