Your gas isn't very good quality. It used to be better. I have used your gas mainly because I pay with a walmart gift card. I am able to get a gift card from any walmart with a check, so it is(was) convenient. I am thinking about getting a different brand of gas, am looking for value for my money!!! One of the survey questions was "did I use the restroom? Most murphy's DO NOT have restrooms!!! OR THEY ARE NOT WORKING or are just for employees. How y'all can get away with is something I don't understand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, more times than not the pump I seem to pick is out of paper or not giving reciepts, that is also a reason I use a walmart gift card.

because this store does'not always have my brand of cigarettes in stock and have to go to other store for the kind of cigarettes i smoke and the kind i usually smoke is Salem 100's

It was a big cluster because only one side was open and it was hard to get fuel things were getting locked up and the inside is just a joke because it's always so busy and there's no place for people to stand in there and it's uncomfortable!!!

I always make my gas purchases st Murphy but today it was frustrating that I had to wait in line for just a small amount of time. I had to 2 prepaid Walmart gas cards one in the amount of $6.00 and another over $100. When I prepared to attempt to use card it gave me a message that "vendor was not available". I then had to go inside and see attendant and explain what happened. She said she didn't know what was going on but she could authorize it from her end. Once I completed the $6.00 transaction I then had to go back inside to get authorization on the prepaid gas card that was over $100. It was inconvenient and a hassle.

Your pumps at this location ALWAYS seem to be out of paper or it is jammed or something. Actually that is how it is at most of the murphy USA's I use. I use murphy USA when I am traveling.

Receipt and/or no restrooms or they are out of order!

I had problems redeeming my free drink coupon from survey mini

We prepaid our fuel, purchased pepsi products to get .10 discount & while pumping it stoped & attendant did not know what 2 do. Evry1 she called wad unavailable. I call cust service on receipt & was promised rollback code by email but never got it. Called cust serv back & was put on hold 2 long had 2 hang up :(
