I had no problems with Murphy's USA store. The attendant was very nice Miss Judy Lynn is very sweet and very good at her job and I love coming to the store she makes me feel more than welcome. If I was you I would keep her as store manager for as long as she can do it she is great perfect I've seen her train people for y'all store and she is just excellent. I have no problems with the store I love the store and I will be visiting it often very often like almost everyday!!

The attendent was missing for like 10 minutes

The gas pump kept cutting off. Even on the slowest setting it would cut off.

This gas station only had premium gas. They were completely out of the other two grades of gasoline.

would be nice that after 2 months the card readers are fixed

I live nearby and it is very VERY inconvenient that the credit card reader does not work at the pump. My schedule is time sensitive and to stop because of this issue has made me late for my appointments. By the time, I pay for gas this includes waiting in a line that extends all the way out the door, I am late which is very unprofessional. And the gas prices at this location are ridiculous in comparison to other gas locations in town. In fact, it one of the highest priced one in Longview, Texas. So, with the fact of inconvenience and high prices, I have chose to go else where, like Shell and Exxon, it is unfortunate that this location, which is only minutes away from home does not cater to its locals like it should. Highly dissatisfied!

Attendant was too busy outside to wait on customers inside. There was only 1 attendant we could see. Everything was backed up.....pumps, cash register. coolers.

I was not necessarily dissatisfied, the receipt did not print at the pump so I just walked inside to get it.
