Initially went there due to prices reported on the gas buddy app three hours prior only to find that the price has gone up 0.44 in that time frame. No longer a good deal but was already there

There are only 2 diesel pumps and they are integrated with the regular gas pumps. One of them always seems to be broken. I also really wish you guys would start carrying B20.

The 1st pump(#9) took my debit card info & approved but the pump would not pump gas when told to select grade. The card reader seemed broken on the bottom. I reported it to the clerk & asked him to be sure the transaction was cancelled. He said no authorization had happened which did not make sense. It had showed it authorized and told me to remove nozzle & select grade...I asked him to put an out of order sign on the pump & then I moved my car & fueled at another pump...He hadn't marked the pump as out of order. I am concerned the pump had either been tampered with or some sort of scam is taking place on my debit card. The clerk was a bit of a jerk about it.

The card reader at pump did not work correctly. So i had to wait in line at the register. Very inconvenient. Second time this has happened to me.

I prepaid for $18 worth of fuel on my debit card. My vehicle would only hold $14.25 in fuel. I went to the attendant told them my situation and explained this happened once before and the amount was NOR credited back to my account. She proceeded to lookup a phone number for me to call if it didn't refund back to my account. The phone number was of no help. The other incident occurred on 12-04-15.

Too expensive

I know it is difficult to give 100% to a customer and also be quick, but the attendant was almost too helpful to one customer causing the line to back up to around 7 people who were all complaining. Friendliness is important, but quickness is too, especially after 5 when everyone just wants to get home from work.
