Pump very slow to respond to each change of menu.

I turned in a winning lottery ticket, I was NOT asked if I wanted to play again. I was purchasing tobacco ran my debit card and I ask were my winnings were from the ticket the attendant said I took it off your purchase. What if I wanted to purchase another lottery ticket I can't do that with a debit card. the attendant seemed put off by me being upset about her putting the winnings toward my purchase. I feel I should have been asked first.

The attendant wasn't in the store. Another customer that was outside informed her I was inside. I had been in there almost 5 minutes.

I like convenience of 24 hr location even with no attendant. I needed fuel during the hours no attendant is available. Pumps should still be available for self service. I hate that the discount is conditional. I never know when I will get 0.03/g discount. It's frustrating and needs to be more consistent.

I had intended to pump gas from Pump 7. The handle was leaking gas. It was dripping on my hands and feet before I realized what was happening. I stopped pumping and went in to let the attendant know. The attendant stated that the same thing happened a few days ago. The attendant said she put a bag on the pump so no one would use it and let her manager know. When she came back to work, the bag was gone and she assumed it had been fixed. Evidently not. The attendant was very nice and provided Lysol wipes so I could get the gas off my feet and hands. I then went to a different pump to finish pumping gas.

Everything about the gas station was fine, in fact I go there at least once a week. Normally the attendant is very friendly and always ask if there is anything else I need, but this time was different. She (the cashier) was rude and very short with me. I felt unwelcome, and at first I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but then her whole demeanor changed when the next customer came up to pay. All of sudden she was very friendly! I don't know if it was because he was a man or what, but it was like she was throwing her self at him and I hadn't even put my wallet away yet. I felt like I was being tossed aside so she could flirt. Normally I wouldn't even bother with these surveys, but I work in customer service and I would want to know if one of my employees was behaving so tacky and unprofessional. Thank you for your time.

Tried to use prepaid card, but it didn't work. I assumed the card was empty and went into Walmart to reload it. Then I came back and tried again, only to find that it still didn't work. I then took the card inside to pay, only to be told the system was down and they could not take the card at all. So I had to go back to the car to get my credit card to pay (without getting the prepaid card discount). All these trips were quite inconvenient, as the temperature was 10°.

I wasn't satisfied because the pump said that it was 1.97 and discount price was 1.94 and when I went inside to pay they charged me 1.97 and the pump still said the above price . And they wouldn't give it to me i don't think it's fair . I even took a picture

First off Caitlin Suza was really rude. I wanted to pay with cash and my card and she told me I couldn't. I have done this before at any other gas service. Every time I go there it's always a problem. So they don't have to worry because I will never come there again
