The attendant does not know my name, but she knows my face. So every time I see her, she acts like she has known me for years. She always asks me how I am doing, and she always has a smile on her face. I believe she is a manager. Even though I never buy the candies she offers, she will ask me every time. It is hard to find people that are great at customer service, but she is a winner.
