Apparently the card reader can't read gift cards. No notice was on the pumps. The attendant told me she was not going to put notes on all the gas pumps. It was only lucky I could pay for the gas in another way. Attendant was rude about it. Said a note on the door was good enough. Like I would see that at the gas pump.

I pulled up to one pump it's card reader didn't work when I tried it, I went to another and it didn't work either so I went inside where I had to wait for the attendant to get back inside and the register wasn't being properly watched while she wasn't inside the store, anyone could've robbed the place it was very unprofessional. Plus the parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of and to get to and from the pumps. I wouldn't doubt it if there was an accident already or soon to come.

Card reader not operational on 3 pumps. Forced to go inside and pay

Three of the pumps I went to use, the card reader did not work. Other customers were having the same problem. I had to take my daughter out of the car to pay inside. The attendant did not seem concerned with how many of the pumps did not take cards. When I begin to pump, I noticed the actual pump handle I was using was falling apart and made it difficult to hold. I noticed other pumps with the same issue.

The attendant seemed to have an attitude and was not very pleasant. We go to this location regularly and have never had an attendant act this way; everyone is usually very friendly. I certainly hope this is not the image the company wants to portray.

We purchased 3 drinks. 2 are expired. 1 by a year. It was Minute Maid fruit punch I got for my little nephew.nhe drank about half before complaining. Looks and tastes fermented. The other was Minute Maid OJ I got for other nephew. Once I realized one was expired I checked the other and sure enough it was bad and expired as well.

the pump did not stop when my gas tank was filled. it spilled out on the side of my car and on the ground. I went to report this and the clerk said that was on me because the float in my tank was maul functioning. Which was not true that pump did not have a collar on it to keep it stable. I feel she was rude and unprofessional.

This is the 4th or 5th time that I have paid in Florida and not received the advertised discount. This has happened at multiple stores.
