Just everytime I go in there everyone knows me and I still get the same service as if I was a total stranger to them and they always want to talk and be friendly I love this Murphys compared to the past ones I've been to they will have my service for many months and years to come.

You have a delightful associate there, named: Teia Jeffries. It was wonderful--and surprising--to find someone so exuberant and upbeat. It seems that you are selective--or properly train--your associates as I often find the associates demonstrating superior customer service. Please acknowledge your associates with compensation that is commensurate with exemplifying top-notch customer service, as that is a priceless asset to your organization. Also, whoever is hiring and training these associates definitely knows what they are doing. The thing I might recommend is getting the workers some classy, bright (perhaps yellow) shirts that bring more attention to their faces. They seem to smile nicely, why not frame it better as they are the 'face' of your organization. Although, Teia Jeffries isn't the only quality worker there, her spirit of excellence coupled with friendliness prompted me to write in today. Appreciated customers are retained customers. Quality customer service pays in dividends of customer loyalty. I've been getting my fuel there more often because of the pleasant experience.

The majority of why I was Highly Satisfied is the customer service. Anyone can say, it is the fuel prices they are lower than most gas stations but I believe that cannot beat the good customer service, without it the business will not flourish.

Price was five cents lower than surrounding stations. Wait time was zero. Easy in and easy out.
