The parking lot is to small

The station is too small to handle the traffic

On several occasions there's been a long line and it's taken several minutes just to pay for what you're trying to purchase

The pump begin pumping all by itself with no help up to.43

The store is under staffed so the lines are excessively long, and the cigarette prices are higher than they are at other stores.

They need two cashiers at times. There is always a long line

3 out of the last 5 times I have visited my neighborhood Murphy USA, I have to go inside the store to get a receipt because the printer is not working at the pump. When you do ask for a receipt at this store, the attendants are rude. As if it's the customer's fault that their pumps don't print out the receipt. We have four vehicles in which we only use Murphy USA. We fill all four every week. We have called the 1 800 6 times and have yet to get a return call from the local store or anyone else. Cell phones for personal use should also be prohibited. It's very rude to be asked to wait while a cashier is chastising her husband while 5 people are trying to make purchases.

Just in, get gas, out

The security strip on the pumps were not there which may create a problem for my credit card also lately the receipt were out of paper

I never say highly or excellent on anything I do! Not even an application, does not sound very good... Cant always be "excellent" or "highly". I am very happy with this station, I visit this one every week buying gas, Copenhagen, and of course lottery and snacks. Yes I will continue to do so. The environment is very well and the customer service is very good. I teach customer service my self. Thank you, have a very blessed day!
