Well to be honest the overall appearance of the location is unsatisfactory. Cleanliness and very slow lines, the screen and buttons at the pump outside were not functioning properly, slow pumping of gas as well.

Cooler was broken for energy drinks and water. I purchase the energy drinks for work but not a big variety to choose from here.

The exterior of the property had trash strewn all over. Could do a better job of cleanup for the exterior and surrounding properety.

This station pumps hardly ever give receipts. This is a high crime area with people always hanging around. If people, especially women have to leave their vehicle to go inside because they can't get the receipt at the pump, this is endangering their safety. W have brought this to the attention of your employees there many times over many months, even the police who agree with the extra exposure to danger. Some employees there tell us to write headquarters. Please make it mandatory that they keep printing paper in the pumps. We plan next to involve news media if this is not corrected very very quickly. Every time I visit this location I pay at the pump but always have to go inside to get a receipt because the pump receipt paper is always out. Stood in line 10-15 minutes to get a receipt after I paid at the pump. This is about the 10th time I've experience this. No matter what time of morning, noon or evening, there is never any receipt paper at the pump. It is always out.

None of the attendants ever greet or smile. If you had anything on sale I would never know because there is no upselling

I attempted to use my credit card at the pump and after it did not respond I tried to insert it differently. When the reader still did not respond I went inside to prepay. I requested $40 and then changed it to $60 as I needed to fill up. The attendant (Monique Ladrea) said that my card was declined. I responded "It says approved on my end" and before I finished my sentence she said "Oh it went through". I tried to ask what the refund process was but I was cut off as the attendant wanted said she doesn't know about my money and it was between my bank. Confused I tried to repeat my question and I was cut off again. That led to the attendant explaining how to use the credit card reader at the pump. Every time I was cut off the attendant said thank you have a good day.

Not sure why the pumps have a receipt option when a print out is never available.
