There was a wreck on Old National at Flat Shoals which caused a traffic back up. It had nothing to do with Murphy USA at all.

I was unable to pump gas even though my card has been inserted and charged for the total of $1.00 in gas that i was able to pump. I subsequently ran out of gas trying to find another Murphy USA location.

The attendant was on her personal cell very rude loud and using profanity

The white cashier with the bright vest on starts talking to the cashier. Every time I asked the young black lady for something she acted like she didn't hear me. There are a lot of qualified blacks and whites. Why in the black areas we get the worst customer service are NONE AT ALL. There is no excuse for poor customer service when the customers are paying,
