Nothing to do with employees. Long line (10-12 deep) and one customer tied the attendant up for nearly 10 minutes. I'm not sure if it was multiple lottery purchases or what.

The clerk was slow to serve me. She was talking on her cell phone and held her figure up at me as to tell me to hold on a minute.
