Gas is cheap

The building it's self is kinda of looking bad. It's unappealing to eyes. Something clean and we'll kept up is what draws you in. The parking lot is matained very well . Just the building needs a paint job. Some of the pumps are very dirty.

I purchase diesel fuel there at least 6 times monthly. This complaint has nothing to do with the service, cleanliness or products. It has to do with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. There is a sign that indicates the price of diesel. I always check it out closely on my way to my destination. The sign indicated $2.31.9. When I stopped to fuel-up, the price at the pump was $2.59.9 I could have saved money by making my purchase elsewhere if this FRAUD had not occurred. I know, I could have left without fueling-up but my time is too valuable for that. I was highly dissatisfied with being taken advantage of in this manner. This occurred on 5/15/2015 at 1400 hrs.

Paid money for a gift card to pump gas at the gas pump, but attendant told me they not excepting gift cards for gas purchases. Then i couldn't get my money back for putting it on a gift card. Very bad service and very disappointed that they sell gift card for gas purchases but the cards rarely work at the pumps!!

1st pump buttons weren't functioning. Offered to put appropriate sign up. 2ond pump I couldn't be sure I was getting the grade I selected. Stopped pumping after 2.48 gals. Receipt tape empty. Went back inside again to get receipt. Offered to refill receipt tape. I told the attendant she was a "no" person. She seemed intent on keeping customer service poor.

There was a problem with the calibration of pump 14 at the Matthews UCSA 7415 location. I stopped pumping gas when the pump indicated that I the pump showed 22.718 gallons because I thought something was not right. My 2013 Honda Pilot has a fuel tank capacity of only 21 gallons and I had at least 1/8 of a tank before I began to pump fuel. I tried to explain the problem to the attendant; however, she didn't try to determine what the problem was.

I got gas thinking I was paying one price as advertise in the front paid more then advertise I used a gas card from walmart price on building said$2.29 front $1.19 paid $2.26 thanks
