After trying 3 times with my debit card, so I would not have to go inside, the pump would not operate. After going inside the attendant came out & tried, with no success. I ended up moving to another pump at the same location. The read out said to see the attendant, so I had to go back inside & I paid cash to get some gas. As it was very windy & rainy, I was quite frustrated, after being gone most all day for Dr. appts.

This is the second time I've visited this Murphy in about 3 weeks. Both of these last two times the seal on all of the pumps located on the south side of the facility had an issue with the seal on the security door. The last time I was there, the security seal on pump 10 was split as though it had been opened and not replaced properly. Today, the seal was intact but only attached to the door of the pump, not attached to the other side of the pump housing (similar to a flag)! The pump door is very loose when locked and after leaving, I remembered seeing a commercial about thieves putting jump drives in the pump electronics to collect pin numbers. I will return to this Murphy but I will not buy product from the pumps until I see that someone has been to the facility and properly secured the pump doors and properly installed the tell-tale seals to ensure the public that authorized personnel have been in the pumps.

almost always either the buttons on the pump don't work or the pumps are out of paper and do not print a reciept. There is normally 2 people working but I have NEVER seen both registers open even with a line of people in that small bldg.

This is not the first time having to go into the store to acquire copy of receipt and always the attendant is slow waiting on customers, therefore creating long wait just to receive a receipt, which I should had received at the pump.

my walmart shopping card would not work at the pump. I took it inside and it wouldn't work with the attendand either. finally the card locked up

I stopped pumping gas, but it kept flowing and over flowed my tank. (I had paid at the pump; it was 18.50. I have the receipt.) I went inside to inform the employee - I confess, I interrupted another customer because I was worried something worse might happen. The employee told me it was fine, but charged me $7 and (some) cents! I don't understand. What overflowed and got on my shoes would not have been $7. She was not kind. I would like more understanding when something goes wrong, not to be charged for something that was not my fault. Thank you.
