Had to go to window to get a receipt. Pump did not Print. This has happened several times in the last few Weeks on different pumps

As part of the "get coupons" program, I had a coupon for a 20oz bottle of Free Pure Life Water. This location does not carry this product and the nearest full service Murphy station is about 60 miles away. This happens with other coupons. No substitutes allowed at this location.

option to not purchase additive is hard to locate and time consuming

The check out gal was busy talking to another employee and I was ignored. I had to speak up. She did not great me, spoke too soft, and NO thank you, come back, or mention of the survey

The gas pump spewed gas all over me. My husband got out, looked at the pump nozzle, and noticed the nozzle appeared to be bent more than it is supposed to be. I went up to the attendant for paper towels, (none at the pump) and she seemed very disinterested in the situation. When she finally came out and handed me paper towels, my husband tried to show her the nozzle, to which she replied "all gas nozzles are bent." He tried to explain that this was was bent more than normal, and he had struggled to get it to pump gas as well. She did not seem to be at all concerned, and flippantly said "sorry." She did point me to a water faucet after telling me there wasn't a bathroom, but that was pretty pointless without soap to scrub my skin with. This has happened once before to me at this same station, and the attendant on duty that time was much more attentive and concerned. That attendant gave me a contact number in case I had any ill effects from the gas all over me, as well as immediately blocking the pump from being used until it could be inspected.

I needed to purchase gas for my vehicle. There is a 10 cents off your gas promotion for the purchase of any 3 pepsi products and lays/fritos chips. We purchased doritos, dr. pepper, and a pepsi; all items on this promotion; along with $35 in gas. I went to pump the gas when I noticed that the only discount applied to my price was my 3 cents off for using my walmart card. I went put the pump back and went back up to talk to the attendant and Terri Deloi stated that the 10 cents would come off anyway even though it did not show. I have bought gas here for many years and never has this happened. She made me buy yet ANOTHER three items and more gas in order to receive my discount and said the other transaction would be refunded. When I went back to the pump the entire discount had been applied. When I looked at my previous purchase receipt there had been no discount even applied on that purchase, which tells me she had not even applied it to the gas purchase nor was there a code printed out on the receipt. Due to this issue that was created, I was not able to pay for one of my bills because I had to wait for my money to be refunded from the first transaction! Full amount not refunded!

Paid $6 plus $1 convenience charge for lotto. prompted numbers would print on receipt. Receipt never printed. Spoke w/ attendant who gave me receipt from inside showing my $7 payment but w/ no lotto 3's. He told me there was nothing he could do and to call the number on receipt and complain. Got home to find there is no # on the receipt. You stole $7 from me.
