My problem was not with Murphy's, I use my Walmart credit card to purchase gas, and got no decrease in price.

Two teenage panhandlers approached me while pumping gas. They asked for a few dollars and i felt sorry and gave it to them. I hope this is not common at this service station. It could hurt your business!

Card Reader didn't work and I had to go inside.

I was not able to pay at the pump. I’ve tried numerous times and wasn’t able to. Went to pay at the register and had to insert chip and swipe just to pay with my credit card. To much time waisted to get gas.

The attendant was to worried about looking at some Com mark report than greet me or be attentive. She was looking at the report. I was never greeted and never invited back. she barely even looked up from her report long enough to get me my products. This is the first time I have had bad service at this location which I visit at least 3 times a week.

I kept swiping my card and it cancelled transactions 2 times until attendan, told me th!t pump takes cash only,and it works sometimes, I have to come to Window.

Credit card receipt did not print out. Was told " oh that has been happening on that pump, I'm surprised you were able to get gas". Pump was not marked "out of Order".

Pumps were not working. Attendant did not place a cone or large sign letting customers know to go to a different pump. I tried three pumps before I found a pump that operating correctly.

in the beginning of pumping gas it would automatically stop pumping. it really gave me a hard time. I get tired of fooling with it.

The pump kept clicking off while I was trying to fill up. I finally just gave up. Also the receipt would not print and I had to ask the clerk for a printout. He seamed unconcerned when I told him of my problems.
