Pump waits to long for the promts and the fact that you can't pay at pump when the store closes and still get gas.

waited in line in the rain for way too long - would've went somewhere else however you have a 3 pack and 5 pack special. Lady in line bought 7 bags full of stuff and kept on having a conversation with the attendant. I was 1 of 6 people waiting and getting wet.

I went to put some gas at the gas station with this freezing temperature. I did not want to go and see the attendant since it was too could so I decided to pay at the pump. I swiped my credit card twice and waited for the attendant approval, which she never did. So for this reason I had to go to see the attendant to get the pump on. When I got there, there was not anyone to tell to turned the pump on, I went back to see if I could try to swipe the card to get the pump on but I just turned back to the kiosk to see if the attendant has came back from whatever she was. Then is when I noticed she was sitting in a chair in the kiosk but it was kind of dark that why I could not see her before. She was sitting this whole time doing I do not what (probably texting) while I was trying to get the pump on in this freezing temperature. When she came to the register she did not even apologized or anything. I think this is not the way to make business or directing to a customer.

I have stated that the pump was not working and the attendant said"we just had this pump worked on yesterday".

the pump kept cutting off even when it just started pumping.

this is my second issue with this location first was three weeks ago with Shanyce an employee who flat out lied to me, and Ronald as well as Sherry the manager admitted to it also..ie have to pay for gas before you can pump and don't know how to use a wal-mart credit card..second JamieLynn is just an idiot drove up turn pump on began to pump she turned pump off ask me how i was going to pay and come to the window i did ask her what the problem she said there has been a lot of drive offs and i asked what does have to do with me but the gentleman beside was never asked to come to the window she never said I'm sorry but i assume all men like me must be potential drive offs because we drive a new car or it appears there must be an undertone there, some one from HQ needs to call me on this Norland Alston @336-456-8164. These two employees need to be re-trained or dis-missed they have no clue what's going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd straight time with no receipt at pump. Why pay at pump if have to walk to window? If the equipment is at fault I would search for new supplier, if not I think manager of location should be able to make sure the pumps have paper. 3 straight times of this.............
