These type of surveys have altered our perceptions of acceptable service and I refuse to rate establishments based on the concept of "If it is not a 5 star rating it is a failure". For me to mark anything with perfect scores it would have to be an experience outside the normal. We need to stop expecting every interaction to be "Highly Satisfactory", especially in a system like this store where I pulled up, pumped, and paid for everything by myself with no assistance from anyone. I got my gas and left with no trouble and issues, that is perfectly acceptable for an encounter at a fuel station with no human contact. I was satisfied and that is fine, I do not require my fuel station to uplift my spirit.

Could use more pumps that dispense Diesel. Murphy should think about providing BioDiesel B5 or B20. Its a cleaner burning fuel and Diesel engines run better and get better fuel mileage on it.

Because that would imply that everything was perfect. And nothing in this worl today is perfect.
