Facility could be cleaner and better managed. Grounds and paved areas at the pumps are typically messy with some clutter around the pumps. Attendants generally can't even see the customers and the bathrooms are seldom cleaned. As a regular user of this facility, it needs some management attention.

Free would have to be the highly operative word for a "highly satisfied" rating! Otherwise, it was earned!

In my opinion, highly satisfied is a rating that is based on PERFECTION and nothing really is.
