Because 'highly satisfied' would mean an experience above the norm - something unlikely to happen at a self service business of any kind.

It is a bit difficult to get in and out of the station. There is only one way in and one way out and some people try to go both directions.

The inside of the store was as clean as it could be, but as in any murphy store I have ever visited, they are very tight and cramped, this makes the products have to be all crammed together and difficult to find what you need. If there are more than 3 customers inside at one time we are packed in there like sardines in a can.

I suppose I have grown accustomed to the service... but the price was no lower than several other gas stations I passed but it otherwise was a good experience.
