Fuel prices were extremely high.

It had nothing to do with the staff they can only keep the outside as clean as customers allow them. If customers were to use the trash cans that are provided then the outside will be kept clean. Far as the price the attendant can't control that either.

The outdoor card reader did not accept my debit card, it was immediately accepted when I went inside.
