Inside the store it was a customer making purchase with no shoes on and bad body order caused entire small store to be funky. Other then that experience was o.k. and I'll be returning any time I have a Wal-Mart gift card I use it for gas this Whitehall location is only one I kno of so I always come here.

When i went to go pay for my gas after working all day the attendent was more interested in their cell phone then greeting me and even made me wait until they were done with whatever was more important on their phone before ringing me out. I would have left if i wasnt on empty. Worst customer service ive had in a long time.

I bought cigarettes. Rather than grabbing the sale priced packs, she grabbed the regular price ones. She also had a very negative attitude towards the folks in front of me and with me.

The pumps so i could use my card.it. took longer time than what i intended

The cashier that wrung me out charged me for 5 packs of cigarettes instead of 4. I did not notice until I got all the way home. When I did notice I went back and the cashier that wrung me out (Shaunte Ren) was not there anymore and the other cashier that was there at 6:30pm store number 7432 was very rude and refused to listen to me. She did not help me at all and would not even look at the receipt where I was charged for 5 packs and only received 4. I come to this store twice a week to purchase cigarettes because there was a promotion going on. I have never experienced a problem until today and I am highly upset about the manner in which my situation was handled.

The first two pumps I went to were not working... First one did not work... second one had broken pump handle... third one finally worked... It was just a hastle... too close to Thanksgiving!

The lady cashier was Very Nice, but I did not get the 5%discount for using my Walmart Credit Card. I know you did change things with the discount, but I didn't get any discount.
