Short wait at cashier. Patron ahead of me was indecisive on lottery tickets. Another clerk was there but did not make her register available.

No reason "Highly Satisfied" is not possible...its a self-service pump...not the old days off getting full-service i.e., a live person, check all under the hoods, tires etc. type station. However satisfied with the element.
