Diesel Pump kept shutting of plus I used my Walmart card didn't get a discount

#1 The fuel lane was filthy with diesel. #2 I paid at the pump so I wouldn't have to go into the store. Today is my second visit in a row where there was no receipt paper at the pump therefore I had to waste my time going inside. Today is also the second time I let someone in the store know that the reason I was standing before them is because there was no receipt paper and both times the clerk acted like it was no big deal.

Murphy mobile coupon for skittles didn't bring up barcode then said I had used it.
