I wasn't at all dissatisfied with my experience -- I only chose not to rate my experience as highly satisfied not because i was bothered by anything, but rather because my experience was practically no different from any other fueling experience I've ever had.

There wasn't anything to be highly satisfied about. it was your normal everyday customer service, the attendant didn't say or do anything to where I should've been highly satisfied.

Truthfully, not sure about the company or its products. Used the service due to a last minute convenience. Several of the pumps were inoperable so the driving around the very small lot amongst the other vehicles looking for same was simply not the best experience. But service was just fine.

many of the pumps malfunction; no continuous flow of gas; have to repeatedly adjust the nozzle in the tank to get the gas to flow

The pump stopped pumping every few cents and I had to continually hold and readjust it in order to fill up the tank.

The pump asked me in advance if I wanted a special add-on to the fuel and had to press NO 3 times until it switched screen, and when finished I found out that it still charged me for that add-on that I didn't choose. I waited in line for the attendant to refund me the money, after which I found out that she didn't refund me the tax paid on that so I waited in line again to get that refunded.
