Julian is horrible at customer service. I visit this Murphy location nearly everyday and I know every attendant that works there. Julian never smiles and always seems angry. He is very unpleasant and does not make me ever want to come back. Julian is very slow in his transactions and makes me feel like he doesn't want to be there and that my business isn't welcomed. Julian can definitely use some customer service training. His appearance is sloppy, unkempt and unprofessional. I'm considering taking my daily business elsewhere because I don't want to do business with him.

all pumps were not working except prepay and the attendant was clueless
