Clerk spends to much time on cell-phone joking and laughing and only half hear what tickets you are asking for and then you are told you have to purchase tickets because you didnt speak clear or ask for wrong item!

The service was good. I was in and out so fast I didn't notice anything else. Overall I had a good experience.
