It's winter...outside area can't possibly be expected to reach the level of "highly satisfied" and really, who cares? I just want to buy gas at a fair price (and Murphy USA is always competitive) so I'm a satisfied customer! Not highly satisfied, and not totally dissatisfied. I keep coming back, isn't that all you need to care about?
