The nozzle on pump number 13 does not swivel. It is facing in toward the stowage position of the pump; in order to get the nozzle to align with the fuel tank inlet you have to turn the nozzle 180 degrees which in turn means you must twist the large hose. This is especially difficult when the temperature is low; and for those with arthritis or who may be advanced in age. Most fuel stations have rotating nozzles for this reason. These pumps have had this issue for a long time now; it looks like you could remedy this problem to make it easier for your customers.

It was rather busy and I was 4th in line. The customer at the register had questions. The cashier was properly tending to the customer, but he was the only cashier there and more customers came in behind me. This isn't the 1st time to experience this. Perhaps the Mgr could review &/or rework the schedule to assure employee coverage at the busier times.
