The station was clean and the pump worked correctly

It is very annoying for the pump to ask if I would like to purchase a drink. If I wanted a drink I am sure that I could figure out how to purchase one. It is also inconvenient because the question displays right before it asks if I would like a receipt; which was the first question on the display for years. This makes it easy to inadvertently select a drink thinking it was displaying the receipt question. Especially when the sun light hits the screen and washes out the display where it is difficult to read.

The only reason that I was unable to click Highly Satisfied was that a large (transfer) truck was blocking 2 pumps making accessibility limited. This location has limited space as is and the truck made access even more restricted. I did not need to wait for a pump but I took some time getting to an open pump as a result of the space used by the truck beside, before and beyond the truck. This is an anomaly, but for this specific visit it did affect access.

The tv news cast at the pump was a t a high volume - probably not an issue during the busy time, but it was quiet in the area this morning.

Good things: 1) The customer service agents are helpful and friendly. 2) The station is always clean. 3) The price per gallon is competitive. Not-so-good things: 1) A couple of the pumps always seem to malfunction -- not a problem unless it's busy and they're the only ones open -- at which point I typically go elsewhere. 2) The triggers are more sensitive than most. If you barely touch them, or sometimes breathe on them, the charge goes up by 2 cents even when no gas is delivered. Good for your company. Bad for your customers. 3) Whatever happened to the 10-cent discount at Christmas & other times during the year when customers use a WalMart gift card? Other local stations learned from you and now make similar discounts available All Year Long, while yours seems to have disappeared completely. I come to your station considerably less than I used to because of that. Even so.... Happy Holidays!
