The nozzles on many of your pumps do not have a swivel. They are facing in toward the stowage position of the pump; in order to get the nozzle to align with the fuel tank inlet you have to turn the nozzle 180 degrees which in turn means you must twist the large hose. This is especially difficult when the temperature is low; and for those with arthritis or who may be advanced in age. Most fuel stations have rotating nozzles for this reason. These pumps have had this issue for a long time now; it looks like you could remedy this problem to make it easier for your customers.

It is very annoying for the pump to ask if I would like to purchase a drink. If I wanted a drink I am sure that I could figure out how to purchase one. It is also inconvenient because the question displays right before it asks if I would like a receipt; which was the first question on the display for years. This makes it easy to inadvertently select a drink thinking it was displaying the receipt question. Especially when the sun light hits the screen and washes out the display where it is difficult to read.

Having a vehicle which requires deisel fuel, pumps are more limited. One side was full, pulled around to other side. One side of deisel pump had two trucks in line. I turned so pump would be on right side where tank located. Not enough room to get close enough to pump due to car in front. Waited...and waited... and waited. A woman got out, went inside, came back....but did not move. I finally moved around to other side. When I left, her vehicle was still blocking pumps. Use this location all the time. Not easy to get in and out of due to closeness to Walmart. Pump access not usually a problem but in/out always calls for caution.

Some employees are very friendly some are not. Sometimes the store is very clean and stocked, other times dirty and no stock out. Have to ask and usually in back room. No consistency.
