It is very annoying for the pump to ask if I would like to purchase a drink. If I wanted a drink I am sure that I could figure out how to purchase one. It is also inconvenient because the question displays right before it asks if I would like a receipt; which was the first question on the display for years. This makes it easy to inadvertently select a drink thinking it was displaying the receipt question. Especially when the sun light hits the screen and washes out the display where it is difficult to read.

This time of year I get a lot of bugs on the wind shield; I like to clean it when I fuel up. When I went to use the window cleaner the containers were empty; I looked at 3 or 4 containers and they were all empty. This is an important issue to me and I feel that this service provided by about all gas stations for their customers should not be over looked by your associates.

The nozzles on many of your pumps do not have a swivel. They are facing in toward the stowage position of the pump; in order to get the nozzle to align with the fuel tank inlet you have to turn the nozzle 180 degrees which in turn means you must twist the large hose. This is especially difficult when the temperature is low; and for those with arthritis or who may be advanced in age. Most fuel stations have rotating nozzles for this reason. These pumps have had this issue for a long time now; it looks like you could remedy this problem to make it easier for your customers.

Pump number 20 has a faulty screen. The screen asked questions where only the first 2 or 3 characters of the sentence displayed so I could not read the questions. So I did not know whether to try to cancel the purchase or try to guess at what the questions were asking.

The fuel nozzle does not rotate on the hose. When you try to insert the nozzle into the gas filler inlet on the vehicle you have to try to twist the stiff hose which is difficult and it often ends up rubbing your clothing which causes dirt marks. I have used many stations where the nozzle rotates freely on their hoses.

The fuel cost is less than many stations, however more than BP, Exxon, or Weigel's when using their gas cards. These stations give $0.10 to $0.15 per gallon verses $0.03 with a Wal-Mart gift card at Murphy's, and I can get a $0.30 per gallon savings when making my purchases from Food City and using their discount card for their gas. I believe Wal-Mart should offer a better discount for those who spend over $10,000 annually at your stores.
