False advertisement. Monster energy drinks were advertised 3 for $6 but the clerk wouldn't let me have them for that price. It also stated that I would save so many cents per gallon for buying the monsters but the clerk said that wouldn't happen either.

Your new discount program creates extra work and doesn't make sense. I logged onto the website and there are no directions how to redeem the .10 p/gal. If it is no longer offered at the pump then we will (have) taken our business to stations that do offer at the pump. I have better things to do with my time that play around on the internet for $.10 p/gal. Of course, that's why you did it - knowing most people won't bother because it is a hassle. Too much like a bait and switch for my tastes. You just lost at least $60 per week from my wife and I.

I have the Wal-Mart Mastercard. The pump did not give the discount. I asked the clerk and they informed me they no longer give a discount for the Wal-Mart Credit Card. If this is the case for ALL Murphy USA I will no longer seek them out to get gas. This has been the primary reason for me purchasing gas at the Wal-Mart pumps for the past 10 years. I can use this same card at competitors pumps and still receive my percent back at the end of the month from the CC. The cent's off at the pump was an incentive for me to seek out Murphy USA pumps at Wal-Marts. Now I am going to sign up for a competitors discount at the pump and seek them out instead. Great marketing technics on your part. NOT!!

You stopped giving me 5 cents off per gallon for using my Walmart credit card. That is the sole reason I have that card and purchase fuel from Murphy USA.

I always go there to get my gas because it is cheaper than the other stations around . Also I go there to buy my cigarettes because they are cheaper there by the carton than other places. Every one is always friendly and nice and have never had anyone be mean to me .

TxtPay was down. This has happened several times for various reasons. Saved the receipt in order to call and when I called, the lady just said sorry. Not only did I not get my % off, but it's not satisfying to not be composted for trying to use the system. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? The attendant didn't even have a clue what TxtPay was or even MurPay. Seriously?! I guess it just shows you how often they get gas at their own place of work seeing that it's on the pump.
