Donelle always greets me after a long day working at a fast food. He always asks me how my day me and is so nice and fast. I love coming to this gas station and even wouldn't mind traveling a little further for this customer service. Always quick clean and nice. Donelle is a excellent worker.

Donelle, the attendant was courteous, engaging and professional. I needed propane and he was fast and efficient making sure I was satisfied with the tank and then sold me products without issue. Great Customer service! You have potential management in him!

Attendant was friendly & even though he was on shift alone had no problems locking up the store & coming outside to unlock & get my purchased propane tank promptly & friendly then returned to inside without any one being inconvenienced or having to wait even though it was busy. I've managed several business plus my own & this individual I'd highly recommend you retain, encourage & reward he's a credit to your organization and being a former employer & manager I'd do anything within reason to keep him satisfied especially given the normal customer service skills of employees these days! I forsee a great career for this young man & I'd consider him for management myself! Phonaminal people skills & professional!

Donnelle does a very good job managing the store and everything that occurs during his shift. I was in line one day and there were several people buying gas that day so everyone was impatient and ready to just get their gas and go. Donelle made each person laugh, greeted them specifically, engaged their children, gave away a few .49 cent Icees, and got through the surge with great professionalism. He treats the store as if he actually owns it and I think that makes the difference. People know him by name and much like myself, look forward to interactions with him. Good hire, Promote when possible!!!

The friendly attendant made my first visit highly satisfied he greeted everyone while I was there and apologize for the wait although the lines was not long and his attentive to the customer was great customer experience.
