Murphy USA

There was one cashier working inside and several customers. The store size is not practical. My master bathroom is larger than this store. You can hardly turn around without being to close to someone. It is an evasion of personal space. I don't like the idea of being nose to nose with strangers. This cash cow store is a disgrace. Your company should be ashamed.

When I got to the counter the lady was on her cellphone telling the other person to call the store and she was very rude and she was in a hurry to get the people out of the store. after I asked for the ciggs I than asked for 2 scratch tickets and it was a bother for her to get them. Other than that there was no issues

Used my credit card and didn't receive my discount. Only $0.36 but I would only purchase my gas here and use my Walmart credit card, not anymore. Will still purchase gas here, but not exclusively. If I do purchase gas here I will check my receipt to see if this is a one time thing or if it is ongoing practice by Murphy gas.

Rest room closed. Fuel prices too high.

The pump was messing up. When you would stop pumping gas, both the Gallons and the Dollars would continue to click up. When I mentioned this to the attendant, she was very attentive and went to get a supervisor/manager. The supervisor/manager did not seem to even care about the issue even when shown the problem. All he kept stating was that I would have to pay what the pump registered and they would get the pump checked tomorrow. I asked if the pump was messing up, how could they be sure I was being charged correctly and not being over charged. He stated that it did not matter and that I would need to pay what the pump said no matter what. He was going to restart the pump and hopefully it would not happen to anyone else.

I get cigarettes every week for a neighbor. I always use her credit card. I was asked to show my id with the card. Of corse it is not mine. Again I do this every week and have NEVER been asked that even by the same employee. I used my debit card to pay. It's really annoying to have different rules at different times. Especially from the same employee !!!!

windshield washing fluid not filled. No brush to use.

The store clerk was rude!!! When I normally visit Murphy's location the clerks are very friendly. At least say hello and thank you. I said have a nice night.

Pump refused to give discount for use of Walmart MasterCard credit card. Discount price was displayed, but was unavailable. This was the second time that this happened. I will never patronize Murphy USA again.

Pump did not give the credit for using a Walmart GE Synchrony Bank Master Card credit card.
