You had a mix and match buy any two for $3.00, I was able to find the drink;however, the snack items to mix with my drink were no where to be found. I was in a hurry because the driver was waiting for me at the pumps. He bought fuel. A convenience store is for quick in and out shopping. The store was very busy, so the attendants didn't have time to answer questions, and I didn't have time to play hide and seek, so I just bought a candy bar and pay regular price. When I finally reached the register, the card reader wouldn't read my chip. Then when I bit into my STALE candy bar. By this time we were already back on the road, pulling a trailer loaded with a 1500 lb bull, so going back was not an option.

always have had cigarettes stocked they weren't stocked and attendant would not and refuse to stock them or go look to see if any was in store room like all other attendants have always done. He was rude about it and when i asked when his manager would be in he said none of my business. I have NEVER had a PROBLEM in the 16 years i have lived in this area until TODAY with this smart mouth kid

1. Card Reader would not read my Walmart credit card. When I went inside to prepay, the Attendants said the Walmart card had been a problem all day. They apologized, but I was not their fault. 2. I dont like to prepay inside, as I like to fill up my truck, not just get certain amount of dollars of fuel. 3. Was not given my discount for using the Walmart card, which was the only reason I decided to try Murphy's . I will go to the United Express by my house, or even drive across town to go to Sam's, which I usually do.

I used my Walmart credit card but did not get my 3 cent discount and it happened the last time I used it!

The items I needed were not in stock. I visit this location EVERY week , and have requested these items ( Cartons of cigarettes ) be ordered. I have asked for about the last 6 months , and they never have my brand and flavor in stock. I have even discussed it with the store manager , Carolyn , and the cigarettes I need are never in stock when I visit.

Cashier, Kellie S, was very very unhelpful, rude, & lazy while attempting to purchase tobacco inside. My credit card worked fine out at the pump but would not at the customer keypad inside. My typical cashier usually swipes the card on the computer and the transaction is completed w/ no problem. Kellie basically said, "sorry, it's not working" & put my product back on the shelf. I asked if the keypad accepted the credit card with the microchip, she informed me it did, but it "was not working." I had to use a different payment method because she also refused to manually type my credit card number into the computer, AT MY REQUEST! Guess the customer is always an inconvenience for this particular cashier b/c ALL the others have handled this same issue without pause at all. Kellie just seemed to be bothered that it was not a typical, fast transaction...therefore, she's just rather not do it. She will continue to cost your company business and money if her poor attitude & service are not addressed. If I ever go back again & she is on duty, I will go on to the next store. I don't care to ever deal with her again.
