Simply put, I was in a hurry. Wanted to pay at the pump. Swiped my credit card at least twice. Pump didn't work, so I had to go inside. When someone appeared after calling out, I had to use the inside credit card machine to finally pay for my gas. Frustrating because I hate going inside a gas station if I don't really have to...especially when I'm pressed for time as I was that morning.

Only 1 cashier was working the register. What should take a min to complete. Waiting in line for 5 to 10 minutes just because there is only 1 cashier is terrible.

The Walmart Credit card should work at the Pump. It is inconvenient at times to go inside.

None of the gas pumps were working outside. Fuel had to be pre-paid, who carries cash? Power outage the staff at Murphy's indicated? I had to also pay some drinks with cash, which I didn't plan to use? The visit took approx. 20 minutes.

The attendant was very rude, seemed a rushed for a reason. Had an attitude when checked out, asked for an additional item and gave me the wrong thing. She then gave attitude when asked for the correct thing.

The gas pumps are old and the manager knows it and she and her staff will not fix the paper in the machine. The only thing this manager is worried about is her BONUS! This is unacceptable service to us. Why can't these pumps machine work to print out a receipt. After I get my gas I have to go inside and wait in a long line when their is three employees working and only one register open. Please do something about this!
