The attendant smiled and was cordial but obviously did not want to be there. I worked in a gas station years ago. People came to that one because we were fun and upbeat, even though we were the highest priced station in town. We have no shortage of stations here and others are much more friendly.

Your pumps take forever to register each change that happens...even slower when cold. It takes over a minute to raise that I have removed the handle, selected a grade, and start pumping.

Price advertised for diesel was $2.739 price at pump was $2.759 when I asked the attendant she said correct price was $2.739 but there was nothing she could do but the manager would be in the next day with regional/district manager I left one of my business cards and asked for one of them to call me THEY DID NOT CALL.

Printer was not working and clerk seemed to know this pump has a problem printing. Not notice was posted that their might be a problem to allow me to make a different pump choice. This is not my usual experience with Murphy.

The trash cans was over flowing and there was no water in the window cleaning station

I have reported a Diesel pump leaking through this survey for several weeks however, the pump is still leaking and even the absorbent sock has been removed so I wonder where the fuel is running off to. While a small leak it IS A LEAK and Murphy does not seem to care what they do to my local environment.

I moved to Boonville back on 06/04/16 and to my surprise you all charge for airing up ones Tires. That Blows my Mind and don't comprehend how or why you all do that! That should be FREE!! You should get rid of those TV's at the pumps and give people FREE AIR for their tires!!! That should be a Service provided to all!! It's a safety issue and a small thing that you could do! Charge me to buy everything else but NOT AIR!!!!!

Pumps were running slow line inside was 8 people deep and I was waiting in it forever. People in front of me got mad and stormed out. Very slow at this busy time. Pump was so slow it printed me out a zero ticket after I swiped my card first time.survey code on that receipt was 380011592641. Very frustrating had to rescan card and start over. Slow service

When I started pumping fuel the pump did not pump I turned to check pump window to be sure I had selected fuel and it read .09 because I needed to get to work I finished pumping fuel and left. It would appear that fuel line was drained and I got stuck paying for fuel I did not receive.

I had a $2 off coupon for camel products. I was not able to redeem it due to the fact the pack was already $.75 off. I get that but there were no other options. The clerk was clearly sick and couldn't talk so I went about my day. I am upset because I would have rather used the coupon other than the manufacturing one on the pack. I buy a few packs from time to time at this location but ill definitely feel awkward trying to use a coupon there. Thus making it fery unlikely ill return in the next month.
