Murphy USA

I have used Murphy Oil for my gasoline for years. I have used credit cards to get the discount as long as it has been available. I currently have the WalMart MasterCard that is supposed to insure a 3 or 5 % discount on my fuel purchases. The last two purchases of fuel I made with my credit card (one in Jonesboro, LA and the other in Shreveport) have not reflected my discount. I don't understand why I am no longer getting this discount which is the only reason I buy from Murphy Oil. Will this be resolved? If you no longer offer discounts with this credit card, I would appreciate being informed. I will find another place to purchase fuel. Thank you.

I wouldn't say that I was not satisfied. I love my local Murphy's. I stop there numerous times a week. My only problem with this visit was the pump I was at ran out of receipt paper so I had to see the attendant for a copy. That wasn't too but of a deal though since I planned on going to the attendant to purchase other items. I am ALWAYS SATISFIED when I visit this Murphy's.

Attendant did not greet. Did not up sell or offer any additional products. Purchased a tobacco product. She did ask for Identification but did so in a rude manner. Quote from employee "got yo I.D.?" After pulling the product off the shelf. I Asked her the date on the back of the can and she simply held it up through the window not saying a word. I replied thank you after receiving my receipt to which she replied, "Alright". That was end of the transaction. Cashiers name was Danielle.

The preson working at the time had a crumbly attutuide. spelled the word wrong , but you know what I mean .

When I selected Regular Unleaded and started pumping, the pump indicated and dispensed Mid-Grade Unleaded instead. This was not noticed until pumping was complete.

The girl ask for my ID after I waited in line behind ten ppl. No big deal I returned to my car got my ID got back in line. I waited be hide about 12 ppl. She sold tobacco to five of them and never ask for their ID,s. They were in their 20s and I am 60 why did she insets for my ID make me get out of line wait in line again and not ask for the IDs of the five young men in front of me???? O I got it she could flirt with them and I'm just some old lady!!! She needs to be fired ... She was rude .... Not friendly... Unless you were male and in your 20s....I think you should take the time to stand in your line and get the same treatment I did maybe go undercover to see how your guest are being treated!! Just saying

Signage stated buy 1 get 1 for $1 on any Lays or Doritos product but wouldn't honor Frito's even though it is a Lay's product (Frito-Lays).

Had a coupon from survey mini and the cashier at the desk was very rude and I did not get my item I had the coupon for. Apparently it did not scan or something. I will never go to that Murphy station again. And I would not recommend anyone going there in the future.
