My husband I put fuel frequently here in the past, but we quit coming because of malfunctioning of the pumps and receipt printer rarely ever printing. We would bring attention of it to the clerk, but they never respond, not even with an apology. We boycotted this place for a long time, but occasionally stop there out of convenience. Too many other competitors in the area with better service. We spend at least $100 or more every week for our business. We will gladly get our fuel elsewhere.

I use the store for gas. Its a real inconvenience when the pumps never have paper in them and I have to enter the store for a receipt. I find the employees are always playing around. Seems if the manager is not there. This is not the first time I have addressed the issue. Afternoons there are not enough cashiers or they just not paying attention. I work in the retail business and this behavior is not acceptable.

I put gasoline at the same pump twice in that week. We put gas for company use at this Murphy store. Both times that week the receipt didn't print. This time the cashier apologized (that usually doesn't happen either). But the problem is never solved. I cannot remember how many times I've tanked up here and the receipt doesn't print. I now go to the Exxon down the street which is a penny or two more, but it is well worth it. The pumps work correctly and the receipts print.

I got some cigarettes and upon opening them, they looked bad, as in like a pack I bought at another Murphy's location last week, and I looked at the bottom to check the date as I used to manage a convenience store in the past, and they are OLD cigarettes. I6 - September 2016. Cigarettes are no good 180 days after they are made. It's December 2017!

I tank up my car 2 to 3 times a month at this location. At least 1 out of 3 times the receipt paper is out. Pay at the pump is supposed to be convenient. It is very annoying when you have to lock up your car and go inside whenyou could already be on you way o move so another can use the pump. Even more frustrating is having to wait in a line to get your receipt from a clerk who is not apologetic about your inconvenience and is just standing there talking with another employee! I understand sometimes it is busy but this happens much too frequently here.

I tried to pump gas in my car but gas leaked all over my hand and my shoes. I pressed the help button and waited. No one bothered to reply. I went in the store and waited for the cashier to finish waiting on her customer. I alerted her of the leak and she finally roused her coworker from the back to help me. Only regular soap was available but, I was on my way out to dinner so I ate with a smelly gas hand!!! Not once did I hear sorry plus they said my spill would be credited back to my debit card, which it was not. I will not be visiting this location again and will tell everyone I know about the problem I encountered and the horrible service I received!

At the pump, it asks if you want a receipt. After pumping my gas, it didn't print my receipt. I had to get my granddaughter out of the car, walk through a very busy parking lot, and wait behind other customers to ask for a receipt. The clerk could have cared less that I had to go in and get a receipt since the pump should have printed one.
