I am in this store entirely too much, staff is always friendly & helpful. tobacco products are the lowest in town--my boyfriend SMOKES WAY TOO MUCH!!! Cashiers usually greet me by name, since I'm always in and out. I drive in Gonzales just to buy cigarettes because I like the staff and service i recieve.

The prices were phenomenal, the attendant was polite, and everything I needed was in stock

The clerk was very friendly and talked me into buying 3 candy bars for the BOGO special they offered. In the past I have had bad experience here before. This was a very good experience.

The customer service is great! Much better than any other store I have been to. As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted and that's exceptional to me because stores don't often do that. I am also treated more than just a customer and like a friend, even though I don't know anyone outside of that store. They are very kind and go out of there way to help others. I have seen this first hand with a homeless man. An attendant checked on him and I also gave him money for food and water. Bottom line it's my favorite gas station/store around town. I love the prices and I always go to this location. I always refer and suggest to everyone to make sure and go to Murphy Express. They are the best and they can't be beat! The lady that checked me out at the register was very nice! She communicated with me other than just saying hi. I bought a product that was buy one get one free, I wasn't aware of this until she was checking out items and she made sure to tell me about it. She also told me thank you instead of not saying anything after purchase was finished, unlike other stores I've been to.

because when i walked in, the cashier asked may i help u, and i handed her my debit card, and told her it was a debit card and i wanted $20.00 0n pump 13, and she rang it up and handed me my card and receipt and said thank you and come again.
