There was no paper receipt in the pump outside therefore it required me to go inside to get my receipt. I really expect better pricing consistently from Murphy because they are a southern United States company that understands that we down south do not make the wages that our counterparts in other part of the north, west and east US make. From time to time at 2 Murphy locations in my area I have been met with people begging for money, panhandling outside the store. It would be fantastic to have more of an outside presence of employees not just indoors as well as more male employees. There is always room for improvement by all of us. Do you care,? Then get people out into the field to consistently to observe from afar your stores and assist your employees as well as your customer base. Thank you!

The diesel pump was leaking at the connection hose going to the pump handle.

I drink Arizona's Arnold Palmer Half and Half. Murphy carries only the Strawberry flavors while Racetrac and Shell usually have the original. I will admit Murphy has the lowest gas prices but I do not recall ever seeing a Murphy USA gift card. Because I like to buy the gift cards and use and refill the gift cards. The registers are often times not working or there are one or two employees behind the counter sitting down or on the phone. I work right next door at the Gamestop so I frequently visit and in a week's time I am turned away due to register issues. I also think you guys would do well with a membership to Murphy, having fuel perks or discounted drinks/food in the store would be a good way to make me return to Murphy more often. It's not so much that I am dissatisfied with Murphy rather than the fact that the hospitality is better and products I like are at Racetrac.

You can hardly use the keypad at the pump. The customers have dug the touch screen up so much it doesn't hardly register when you touch it.

in and out no wait time getting gas.
