screen at the pump was not operating. Press the call button several times with no response. Finally went inside and was told that I would have to pay inside. I wanted to fill up and the cashier told me I had to leave my credit card with her in order to fill up. Was not happy about that. Also, there was not a sign on the pump stating that I would have to pay inside. I had pulled up behind a lady who was just finishing and she went inside. I had to wait about 10 minutes for her to come out as I could not get out from where I was and go to another pump. The whole experience took over 1/2 hour not to mention when I finished pumping I had to go inside and get in line again

The line at register was 7 people deep. Only one attendant Shallacie was working and doing very well. Two other employees just sitting behind counter. This happens all the time at this store. For some unknown reason, they won't open another register to take care of customers.

2 attendants, long line, aggravated employees. You better have patience if you need help with something here.

For the past couple months now, it seems EVERY time I go to Murphy's to get fuel I ALWAYS have to pull up to about 2-4 different pumps before I get one that is working properly or one that the card reader actually works. If I'm in a hurry I can't ever come here anymore because it takes so long just to find a working pump!! I use to love this store & it stays busy with customers, so I don't understand WHY they cannot stay on top of the pumps & have ALL of them working properly ALL the time!!
