Instead of allowing me to use my credit card or debit card at the pump I was told to prepay for gas inside at the register. Paying at the pump is no longer an option at this store. If this doesn't change in the future I will avoid fueling at this store.

Need more room for people to walk and wait in line for a place with such high traffic.

This is a good location for me and I don't usually complain. No tops for the drinks, messy, messy, messy area for liquids that are to be consumed. Floor sticky! and the two ladies behind the counter were too busy to be bothered. Yeah, I know.... is not an answer or a resolution.

I am a very loyal customer to Murphy. I attend the store weekly to purchase gas, drinks, cigarettes etc... The store is always clean And workers are very friendly.However they have been out of a lot of things lately. Including my cigarettes . They have lids for the cups. The pumps are broken and its very annoying to have to go inside for a receipt and they don't have your product.. Danyell T was very nice and helpful she greeted me as I came in and welcomed me back!! Hopefully the next time I visit everything will be in stock or I will have to choose another location to shop!!

I was overcharged on my cigarettes. I also used the app and received a free 16 ounce Coke for free. However after looking at my receipt when I left I was charged for the Coke, that was $1.39 plus our tax.

Waited over six minutes to purchase fuel and cigarettes while one attendant TRIED to do her job , but very obvious she was inexperienced. They other attendant stood at her register filling out paperwork. I asked if she would help her and she rudely replied" WHEN I'M DONE" I spend at least $150 a week there. Not anymore. !!!!

Diesel Fuel on the sign was posted at 214.9 per gallon but pump price was set at 219.9 per gallon

Tried to pay for gas at pump couldn't use card any card!! Went in side tried to get a drink but no cups or straws had to go dig for my own! Told girl at counter she didn't care payed 40.00 for gas & the pump took 15min to get to 4.40 & stoped can't believe how bad everything is at this Murphy's & the lady don't care at all!!!

The cashier Asia was very rude. Did not greet me, asked for my type of cigarettes she got them but before checking me out she started looking for something for another customer then I asked about coupons and she mouthed off to me and said I know what a carton is. I asked if I had to use chip and she ignored me(my purse was on counter over the sign) never said thank you had a terrible attitude for retail!

Your pumps are always broken. Anytime we come here we have to search for a working pump. Your customer satisfaction would greatly improve if your business kept up with its repairs.
