I had a 3 coupons for cigarettes She rang up my paper coupon The others were on my phone! She told me how much, I said I did not think that the other 2 coupons rang up, she disputed me and said oh yes they did, when I got my receipt after i paid, I was correct she did not discount for the coupons, she made a lame excuse And rushed me off! She seemed rushed and there was no one hardly in the store but me and another lady! Made me so aggravated! I missed out on $4 worth of savings

The cashier actually made hand gestures for me to hurry up and actually told the customer in front of me Oh My God because he apparently going to slow for her. The cashiers name is Dejeune Roni

I started pumping gas but there was a leak. I stopped the pump, washed my hands and told the attendant. She was very nice and said she will tell her manager. My net total was 0.09 but you guys charged my card $1, which is unfair. I tried another pump but it was out of services so I guess it was not my day to get gas from this station.

There was 7 customers in line and only 1 register open while there was 3 employees behind the counter. If I have to wait that long for service, I just as soon go somewhere else to get my cigarettes even if I have to pay more.

On this visit I had to try 3 different pumps before I could find one that even had working buttons to select cash / credit and receipt yes / no. I have visited this location numerous times and no less than 3 of 5 visits I try to pay at the pump, then have go inside for a receipt. (Either there is no paper, the receipt printer is not functioning or the buttons to select print receipt are non functioning)

I routinly purchase fuel at this Murphy location. During my last fill-up of fuel, my truck started to mis-fire and stall during acceleration. My thoughts are I may have gotten fuel with water but am not sure. I will purchase a couple of units of Sea Foam fuel additive hoping that will do the trick. Please note I had this same issue a couple of months ago and Murphy refunded me for fuel and fuel additives. While I certainly appreciate the jesture, this is a repeat issue and am hoping this Murphy location can address the root cause of the problem. Otherwise, I will have to take my business elsewhere. I routinely purchase fuel at this location. After fueling my truck on 5/17/15, my engine started to misfire and run bad. I purchased two cans of fuel additive (Sea Foam) to help with the problem. After fueling at same location again on 5/30/15, the problem I eperienced seems to have gone away. I now suspect that I may have gotten some bad fuel. I would appreciate if Murphy can make this right. Cost of fuel ($48.00) plus fuel additive (Sea Form $14.50) for a total of $62.50.
